Robert has been a member of the group from 2002. Prior to this he spent 12 years from 1990 as CFO and Director of Australia’s largest private bus operator. Prior to 1990 Robert was trained and elevated to senior manager at Price Waterhouse
Peter Clark – General Manager UBC Commercial Vehicles (
In May 2007 Peter took up his current role as General Manager at UBC, leading the manufacturing company in building buses for Chiron & the Australian market. Peter has been involved in manufacturing Plant Management for 25 years including 5 years as the Plant Manager at Custom Coaches’ South Australian between April 2000 to August 2005.
James Bosnjak – Director & Operations Manager
James has been employed in the group since 2007 and previously worked in operations within the former family owned business Westbus. He has also worked for 6 years in establishing and operating a successful international transit advertising & marketing business. This experience will assist him in extending his existing role to include sales & marketing.
Andrew Shuttleworth – Electrical Engineer & After Sales Support
Andrew is now also based in QLD after a successful period working as Production Supervisor at UBC in Malaysia, overseeing implementation of different body lines. Andrew has a further 15 years production experience from working at Austral Pacific, Mills Tui and Apollo Motor Homes.
Colin Menzies – Product Development Manager
Colin joined the group in late 2011 after an extensive career in both private and public sectors as a professional engineer and senior manager. After developing 4WD trucks and buses for the JRA Group and managing its bus building plant in Sydney, he was recruited from private industry to join State Transit’s Sydney Buses for a number of years as General Manager of Bus Operations and Engineering and General Manager of Sydney Ferries. In recent years he has operated an engineering consulting business and was General Manager Engineering Services at Comfort Delgro Cabcharge.
Bruno Martino – Service Manager
Bruno joined the group in 2011. Bruno brings a wealth of experience in customer support, with previous roles in both working & managing bus maintenance with the State Transit Authority of NSW where he worked for many years. Previous to his current role he was also Service Manager with Hartex Engineering overseeing supply & support to the bus industry..
